Ingredients

  1. 1 chicken cut into pieces (without skin)
  2. Approximately 1 cup butter(about 100 gm)
  3. a tablespoon pepper corns (ground coarsely)
  4. 1 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
  5. Salt – to taste
  6. Lemon wedges for garnishing

Method

  1. Heat butter on low heat till it melts.
  2. Add chicken and cook on medium heat till evenly browned.
  3. Add salt and coarsely ground pepper.
  4. Add about 1/2 cup of water on a simmer till the chicken is tender. water should dry till a very thick gravy consistency.
  5. Add chopped coriander and stir well.
  6. cook for another 2 – 3 minutes till its all well blended.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
