Ingredients
- ½ cup rice (Soaked for 1 hour)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoon chopped Garlic
- ¼ cup tomato puree
- ½ teaspoon red chilli
- 1 teaspoon Dania powder
- 1 teaspoon Jeera powder
- 2 tablepsoonKethcup
- ¼ cup corn
- ¼ cup red bel peppers (capsicum)
- ¼ cup yellow bel peppers (capsicum)
- ¼ cup boiled Rajma
- 1 cup How water
- Salt to taste
- Oregano
- Chilli Flakes
Method
- Add oil in a wok. When it heats add garlic & onion. Saute for just a couple of minutes till the onion starts changing colour & then add all the vegetables.
- Cook for 3 – 5 mintues then add the rice with the hot water & let it cook
- Garnish with Oregano & chilli flakes
