Ingredients
- 1 chicken cut into pieces (without skin)
- Approximately 1 cup butter(about 100 gm)
- a tablespoon pepper corns (ground coarsely)
- 1 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon wedges for garnishing
Method
- Heat butter on low heat till it melts.
- Add chicken and cook on medium heat till evenly browned.
- Add salt and coarsely ground pepper.
- Add about 1/2 cup of water on a simmer till the chicken is tender. water should dry till a very thick gravy consistency.
- Add chopped coriander and stir well.
- cook for another 2 – 3 minutes till its all well blended.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
